Stamp Duty Sensitive Document definition

Stamp Duty Sensitive Document means (a) any original of any Credit Document and (b) any signed document (including email, PDF, TIF and other comparable formats) that constitutes a deed (Urkunde) within the meaning of section 15 of the Austrian Stamp Duty Act (as interpreted by the Austrian tax authorities), whether documenting or confirming the entering into of the relevant transaction (rechtserzeugende Urkunde) or documenting that the relevant transaction has been entered into (rechtsbezeugende Urkunde), or a substitute deed (Ersatzurkunde) within the meaning of section 15 of the Austrian Stamp Duty Act (as interpreted by the Austrian tax authorities), including, without limitation, any notarized copy, any certified copy and any written minutes recording the transactions (Rechtsgeschäfte) contemplated by, or referenced in, any Credit Document.
Stamp Duty Sensitive Document means (a) any original of any Senior Secured Note Document and (b) any signed document (including email, PDF, TIF and other comparable formats) that constitutes a deed (Urkunde) within the meaning of section 15 of the Austrian Stamp Duty Act (as interpreted by the Austrian tax authorities), whether documenting or confirming the entering into of the relevant transaction (rechtserzeugende Urkunde) or documenting that the relevant transaction has been entered into (rechtsbezeugende Urkunde), or a substitute deed (Ersatzurkunde) within the meaning of section 15 of the Austrian Stamp Duty Act (as interpreted by the Austrian tax authorities), including, without limitation, any notarized copy, any certified copy and any written minutes recording the transactions (Rechtsgeschäfte) contemplated by, or referenced in, any Senior Secured Note Document.
Stamp Duty Sensitive Document has the meaning set forth in Section 9.20(a).
