Standard Financial Report means financial information prepared by senior management of the Company, detailed in a form consistent with the reporting template used by the Company at the relevant time, prepared on a basis consistent with the Company’s financial statements for such period in the Disclosure Record, which will include a consolidated statement of financial position, consolidated statement of operations and consolidated statement of cash flows, each of which is substantially in the format disclosed in the Company’s publicly issued financial statements for such fiscal year in the Disclosure Record.

  • Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;

  • Quarterly Financial Statements is defined in Section 6.2(a).

  • Annual Statement means the annual statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation, which statement shall be in the form required by such Insurance Subsidiary’s jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing annual statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.

  • Monthly Financial Statements is defined in Section 6.2(c).

  • Audited financial statement means a financial statement audited by an outside accounting firm.

  • Financial Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • Financial Reporting Measures means measures that are determined and presented in accordance with the accounting principles used in preparing the Company’s financial statements, and all other measures that are derived wholly or in part from such measures. Stock price and total shareholder return (and any measures that are derived wholly or in part from stock price or total shareholder return) shall, for purposes of this Policy, be considered Financial Reporting Measures. For the avoidance of doubt, a Financial Reporting Measure need not be presented in the Company’s financial statements or included in a filing with the SEC.

  • Annual Accountant’s Report is defined in Section 3.04(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
