Standard Maintenance Lease definition

Standard Maintenance Lease means any Lease identified as a “Standard Maintenance” Lease or otherwise treated as a Standard Maintenance Lease per these T&Cs.

Examples of Standard Maintenance Lease in a sentence

  • Each Lease will be identified as either a Standard Maintenance Lease or a Net Maintenance Lease.

  • Any Lease not expressly identified as a Standard Maintenance Lease or a Net Maintenance Lease will be deemed a Standard Maintenance Lease (subject to Section 7(c) below).

  • If Customer returns any Equipment subject to a Standard Maintenance Lease with Excess Tire Wear on any tire, Customer shall pay the Tire Wear Charge for every 1/32nd inch of Excess Tire Wear for each such tire.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Yield Maintenance Agreement The yield mainte▇▇▇▇▇ agreement between the Securities Administrator, on behalf of the Trust, and the Counterparty, which will be primarily for the benefit of the Class 1-A-20 Certificates, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
