Standard New Jobs Target definition

Standard New Jobs Target means the Company’s obligation, in addition to the High- Paying New Jobs Target, to create and Maintain at least 195 Standard New Jobs as of the Performance Date.
Standard New Jobs Target means the Company’s obligation, in addition to the High- Paying New Jobs Target, to create and Maintain at least 13 Standard New Jobs as of the Performance Date, and for the limited purpose of Subsection 3(d), as of the second anniversary of the Performance Date, as the same may be extended pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Standard New Jobs Target means the Company’s obligation, in addition to the High- Paying New Jobs Target, to create and Maintain at least 576 Standard New Jobs as of the Performance Date.

Examples of Standard New Jobs Target in a sentence

  • If, as of the Performance Date, the Company has achieved both of the Statutory Minimum Requirements, but has not achieved the full Capital Investment Target, the full High-Paying New Jobs Target, and the full Standard New Jobs Target, the Company will qualify for a reduced disbursement of the COF Grant, reflecting a proportional amount of the Target or Targets for which there is a shortfall.

  • These amounts reflect the percentages of the shortfall from the Capital Investment Target, the High-Paying New Jobs Target, and the Standard New Jobs Target, each such shortfall multiplied by the portion of the COF Grant proceeds available to the Company allocated to that Target.

The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.

In no event shall the application of this term permit a proposed new or modified source to emit any pollutant in excess of the amount allowable under applicable New Source Standards of Performance.

  • Mid-level practitioner means a certified nurse-midwife engaging in the independent practice of midwifery under the independent practice of midwifery act, an advanced practice registered nurse issued a license pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1131, and amendments thereto, who has authority to prescribe drugs pursuant to a written protocol with a responsible physician under K.S.A. 65-1130, and amendments thereto, or a physician assistant licensed under the physician assistant licensure act who has authority to prescribe drugs pursuant to a written agreement with a supervising physician under K.S.A. 65-28a08, and amendments thereto.

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.
