Standard Offer Provider definition

Standard Offer Provider is a provider(s) of standard offer service chosen pursuant to Chapter 301 of the Rules.
Standard Offer Provider means a provider of standard-offer service chosen pursuant to rules adopted by the commission.

  • The standard offer provider is paid its accepted bid price less the applicable fixed percentage amount for uncollectible revenue as specified in Exhibit A to Standard Offer Provider Agreement (Appendix C).

  • This Guaranty unconditionally obligates the Guarantor to pay all obligations of [Standard Offer Provider] for the payment of the additional costs of replacement standard offer service as long as such amounts do not exceed the total amount of this Guaranty.

  • The Guarantor shall not be liable for any costs of the Commission or Beneficiary pursuant to this provision if a court determines that [Standard Offer Provider] did not have an obligation to pay the additional costs of replacement standard offer service.

  • Guarantor does reserve the right to assert defenses, rights of setoff and counterclaims that [Standard Offer Provider] may have to payment arising out of the obligation to provide standard offer service other than defenses arising from the bankruptcy or insolvency of [Standard Offer Provider] and other defenses expressly waived herein.

  • This Guaranty is written in accordance with Chapter 301of the rules of the Commission to ensure compliance with applicable provisions of that Chapter and of Maine statutes by [Standard Offer Provider], and to ensure the provision of standard offer service in accordance with Maine rules and statutes.

  • The uncollectible percentage is specified in Exhibit A to the Standard Offer Provider Agreement (Appendix C) and will remain fixed for the provider’s term of service.

Related to Standard Offer Provider

  • Permitted Offer means a tender offer or an exchange offer for all outstanding Common Shares of the Company determined by the Board of Directors of the Company, after receiving such advice as it deems necessary and giving due consideration to all relevant factors, to be in the best interests of the Company and its stockholders.

  • Initial Offer Period means the period determined by the Directors during which Shares of any class are offered by the ICAV for purchase or subscription at the Initial Price.

  • Final Offer means the offer on which a resource was dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection for a particular clock hour for the Operating Day. Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation:

  • Offer Period has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1.

  • Third Party Offer has the meaning set out in Section 6.4;

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

  • Initial Offer Price means the initial price payable for a Share as specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Optional Interconnection Study means a sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

  • Change of Control Offer has the meaning provided in Section 4.15.

  • Company Notice has the meaning specified in Section 14.3.

  • Remarketing Date means the Initial Remarketing Date or the Final Remarketing Date.

  • Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Consent Solicitation has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15(b).

  • Rating Confirmation means evidence that no Senior Bond rating in effect from a Rating Agency will be withdrawn or reduced solely as a result of an action to be taken under the Indenture.
