Standby Account Bank Notice definition

Standby Account Bank Notice means a written notice to the Standby Account Bank served in accordance with the provisions of the Bank Account Agreement and stating that the appointment of the Standby Account Bank under the Standby Bank Account Agreement is to become operative;

  • Account Bank Agreement means the account bank agreement dated 15 August 2018 between the Issuer, the Trustee and The Bank of New York Mellon, London branch as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, novated, varied, supplemented, substituted, assigned, extended or otherwise replaced or redesignated from time to time;

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Account Bank means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association.

  • Relevant Banking Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place where the specified office of the Registrar is located and, in the case only of an exchange of a Bearer Note for a Registered Note where such request for exchange is made to the Principal Paying Agent, in the place where the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent is located;

  • Authorized Bank Account means any Officially Designated bank account to which redemption proceeds may be sent.

  • Blocked Account Agreement means with respect to an account established by a Loan Party, an agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto or otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, establishing Control (as defined in the Security Agreement) of such account by the Collateral Agent and whereby the bank maintaining such account agrees, during any Cash Dominion Trigger Period, to comply only with the instructions originated by the Collateral Agent without the further consent of any Loan Party.

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • London Banking Day means any day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and between banks in the London interbank eurodollar market.

  • Local Banking Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place of presentation of the relevant Covered Bond or, as the case may be, Coupon; and

  • Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Running Account Bill means a bill for the payment of "On Account" money to the Contractor during the progress of work on the basis of work done and the supply of non-perishable materials to be incorporated in the work.

  • New York Banking Day means any day except a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in The City of New York or a day on which banking institutions in The City of New York are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed.
