Standby Servicer Fee definition

Standby Servicer Fee means, for any Collection Period, the fee payable to the Standby Servicer for services rendered during such Collection Period, which shall be equal to the amount determined in accordance with Schedule C attached hereto. If the Standby Servicer shall have taken on the role as Servicer hereunder, its compensation shall be equal to the amount determined in accordance with Schedule C attached hereto as successor Servicer, and it shall not be entitled to a Standby Servicer Fee.
Standby Servicer Fee has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.09(a).
