Starwood Capital Group Hotel Portfolio Companion Loans. With respect to Starwood Capital Group Hotel Portfolio Loan Combination, the related promissory notes made by the related Mortgagor, secured by Starwood Capital Group Hotel Portfolio Mortgage and designated as promissory notes X-0, X-0-0, X-0-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0-0, X-0-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-00, X-00, X-00, X-00-0, X-00-0, X-00, X-00 and A-16-1, respectively, which are not included in the Trust and are pari passu in right of payment with the Starwood Capital Group Hotel Portfolio Mortgage Loan to the extent set forth in the related Loan Documents and as provided in Starwood Capital Group Hotel Portfolio Co-Lender Agreement, as any such promissory note may be amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, consolidated, severed, split or otherwise modified from time to time. If any promissory note evidencing a Starwood Capital Group Hotel Portfolio Companion Loan is split and replaced with 2 or more replacement promissory notes, each such replacement promissory note will evidence a separate Starwood Capital Group Hotel Portfolio Companion Loan.

  • Serviced Companion Loan A Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination. With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Companion Loan will no longer be a Serviced Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.
