State body definition

State body means any one or more of QEC, Queensland Railways, Gladstone Port Authority, Gladstone City Council, the Minister for Industrial Development of Queensland and The Director-General, Department of Transport each together with its successors and assigns;
State body means a body established by or under an enactment and which is controlled, directly or indirectly, by a Minister of the Government.
State body or "state bodies" means the state and any department, board, commission, or agency of the state.
