State Competent Authority definition

State Competent Authority means a 'Designated Agency' appointed by State Government for pre-registration of the Rooftop PV projects or Small Solar Power Projects at State level to be eligible to participate in this programme.

  • The host Member State Competent Authority shall acknowledge receipt of the information described in paragraph 2.3.1. as soon as possible.

Related to State Competent Authority

  • Competent Authority and ‘Appellate Authority’ shall mean the following:
