State School Aid Act definition

State School Aid Act means the State School Aid Act of 1979 (Public Act 94 of 1979), as amended, which is codified at Sections 388.1601 to 388. 1896 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
State School Aid Act means 1979 PA 94, MCLA 388.1601; MSA 15.1919 (901), as amended, or as may be amended from time to time or may be superseded or replaced by legislation having a substantially comparable purpose.
