Station Operator definition

Station Operator means the party that operates and maintains a Station.
Station Operator means any person responsible for managing and operating a station on the rail infrastructure holding a licence under section 8 of the Railways Act or required to maintain a safety management system under the Railway and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
Station Operator means a person in control of a Station, and in management of a Station;

  • The parties acknowledge and agree that this is a cooperative program, that the Association is motivated to help the broadcast industry increase the level of regulatory compliance generally, and that the Association is not in a position to assume, and does not assume, any liability hereunder to the Station Operator, the Station, or the ABIP Inspector, as a result of this Agreement, the ABIP Program, or the conduct of the Station Operator, the Station or the ABIP Inspector.

  • This Agreement shall become effective on that date which has been inserted by the Association at the top of the first page of this Agreement (the “Contract Date”) so long as the signatures of both the Association and the Station Operator are evidenced below.

  • The Station Operator shall timely and fully pay the applicable amounts charged by the Association and the ABIP Inspector in connection with the ABIP Inspection, in accordance with the fees/expenses, and payment terms, set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto.
