  • Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.

  • Enrollment Period means the period agreed upon by the Policyholder and Us when an Eligible Person may enroll for coverage or an Insured may change benefit elections under the Policy.

  • Policy Period means the period between the inception date and the expiry date as specified in the Schedule to this Policy or the cancellation of this insurance, whichever is earlier.

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Claims Deadline means the date by which all Claim Forms must be postmarked or received to be considered timely and shall be set as a date no later than forty-five

  • Effective date of enrollment means the first date when an en- rollee is entitled to receive covered benefits.

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Notification Period means a set period of time between the submittal of a Notice of Intent and the beginning of lead - based paint abatement activities (including all on-site worksite preparation).

  • Revival Period means the period of five consecutive years from the date of discontinuance of the Policy, during which period the Policyholder is entitled to revive the Policy, which was discontinued due to the non-payment of Premium, in accordance with the terms of Revival of a Policy.

  • Waiting Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
