Time Frame definition

Time Frame means each step in the pertinent interconnection process with a Company or Interconnecting Customer obligation of completion within the relevant Business Days in this Interconnection Tariff beginning on the next Business Day following the completion of the prior step and concluding with the applicable deliverable in this Interconnection Tariff. The Company shall report annually to the Department on its compliance with all Time Frames as provided in Department order D.P.U. 11-75-F.

Time FrameAll events are scheduled to end no later than midnight. All clean up must be completed and guests must be out of the building by 12 a.m.
