Time Frame definition

Time Frame means each step in the pertinent interconnection process with a Company or Interconnecting Customer obligation of completion within the relevant Business Days in this Interconnection Tariff beginning on the next Business Day following the completion of the prior step and concluding with the applicable deliverable in this Interconnection Tariff. The Company shall report annually to the Department on its compliance with all Time Frames as provided in Department order D.P.U. 11-75-F.

Time Frame. A temporary layoff shall be for the stated time period or less, as indicated in writing at the time of notification. If, during the temporary layoff, the Company recognizes that the layoff may extend beyond the original time frame, employees in layoff status shall be given the option to extend or return to work. If the temporary layoff ends before the stated time frame, employees will be notified immediately, and expected to return to work the next day unless other arrangements are approved by management. PAY: Employees shall be paid approximately 70% of their current income, which includes income received from unemployment compensation as a result of the layoff.
