Stay Legislation definition

Stay Legislation means Article 33a, Article 69, Article 70 and Article 71 of the BRRD and any provision of Norwegian law transposing or implementing Article 33a, Article 69, Article 70 and Article 71 of the BRRD; and
Stay Legislation means in relation to a member state of the EEA which has implemented, or which at any time implements, the BRRD, Article 33a, Article 69, Article 70 and Article 71 of the BRRD and any provision transposing or implementing such Articles;
Stay Legislation means Article 33a, Article 69, Article 70 and Article 71 of the BRRD and any provision of Norwegian law transposing or implementing Article 33a, Article 69,
