Stock definition

Stock means the Common Stock of the Company.

Stock means, with respect to any corporation, capital stock and, with respect to any other entity, any equity interest.

Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

• Subject to and immediately following the Closing, and taking into account the consummation of the transactions under the Other Stock Purchase Agreements to occur contemporaneously with the Closing, Buyer shall hold a majority of the Class A Shares and no Class B Units shall remain outstanding.

• In any case, the number of outstanding shares of Common Stock shall be determined after giving effect to the conversion or exercise of securities of the Company, including this Warrant, by the Holder or its Affiliates or Attribution Parties since the date as of which such number of outstanding shares of Common Stock was reported.

More Definitions of Stock

Stock means the common stock of the Company, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with Section 4.2.
