Deferred Stock definition

Deferred Stock means a right to receive a specified number of shares of Stock during specified time periods pursuant to Article 8.
Deferred Stock means an award made pursuant to Section 8 below of the right to receive Stock at the end of a specified deferral period.
Deferred Stock means Stock to be received, under an award made pursuant to Section 9, below, at the end of a specified deferral period.
