Stock Option Contract definition

Stock Option Contract means an Option where the underlying share is a block of shares of a company listed on an Underlying Market;
Stock Option Contract means an Option where the underlying share is a block of shares of a company listed on an Underlying Market approved by the Exchange and the Commission;
Stock Option Contract means the private instrument of grant of Shares to be executed between the Company and the Beneficiary;

  • The Company will provide the Executive a Stock Option Contract for his signature which will set out the terms of the option.

  • Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Incentive Stock Option means an Option intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Notice of Stock Option Grant means the document so entitled to which this Agreement is attached.

  • Nonstatutory Option means a stock option not described in Sections 422(b) or 423(b) of the Code.
