Stock Option Loans definition

Stock Option Loans means (a) borrowings under that certain Credit Agreement dated as of March 13, 1998, as amended, among Time Warner, The Chase Manhattan Bank, as administrative agent thereunder, and the lenders party thereto; provided the lenders thereunder shall not have the benefit of any Lien other than on the Capital Stock of AOLTW and proceeds therefrom or (b) borrowings under substantially similar facilities.
