Stock Ownership Limit definition

Stock Ownership Limit has the meaning set forth in the Articles.
Stock Ownership Limit means 9.9% of the number or value, whichever is more restrictive, of the outstanding shares of Capital Stock, as may be adjusted pursuant to subsection H of Article XIV.
Stock Ownership Limit means the restrictions on ownership and transfer of Stock provided in Section 3.4 of the Company’s Charter.

More Definitions of Stock Ownership Limit

Stock Ownership Limit means each of the Aggregate Stock Ownership Limit (as defined in the Charter, as such definition may be amended from time to time) and the Common Stock Ownership Limit (as defined in the Charter, as such definition may be amended from time to time).
