Stored Grain definition

Stored Grain means, in respect of a particular type and Grade of Grain, all of the Grain of that type and Grade Stored by the Company at its Facilities, in which the Company’s clients have an Interest.

More Definitions of Stored Grain

Stored Grain means, in respect of a particular type and Grade of Grain, all of the Grain of that type and Grade Stored by POPL at the Facility for the owners of that Grain. Storage Space Fee means the fee identified as such in Schedule A. Tax Invoice has the same meaning as in the GST Act.
