Stormwater Fund definition

Stormwater Fund means the fund established under 10 V.S.A. § 1264b.
Stormwater Fund means the special revenue fund of the City as established and maintained for the operation of the System (except as provided by Section 7.02(C)).
Stormwater Fund means the special revenue fund of the City as established and maintained within the City’s general fund (except as provided by Section 7.02(C)), wherein all Gross Revenues, expressly including all Stormwater Utility User Fees, shall be deposited and maintained pursuant to Section 7.02 hereof.
