Strategic Plans definition

Strategic Plans means the Locality Plan, the Manchester Agreement, the Our Manchester Strategy any other relevant strategies adopted by the Partners from time to time for the provision of community health and social care services for the City of Manchester.
Strategic Plans shall include but shall not be limited to those plans established by Distributor for the overall marketing distribution and sales direction of the Software and services in the Territory including but not limited to the provision of product maintenance, consulting and training services.
Strategic Plans means the Plan referred to in paragraph 1 (b) of Schedule 3 to this Agreement, prepared by BCM and BPD for the purpose of developing a strategy for their future operation.
