Strategy Provider definition

Strategy Provider means the Client who is using the Social Trading service by creating his/her Strategy in accordance and by complying with the Company’s Strategy opening procedures.

Strategy Provider means a financial markets trader, who has developed certain trading systems designed to generate trading signals to be used by Strategy Followers, and who streams their trading activities through CopyPip Platform or through the platforms and websites of our licensees.

  • The Strategy Provider includes any links in the Social Trading system, such as social media links to profiles which he does not personally manage, unless this is justified in the Company’s discretion.

  • The Strategy Provider makes unsubstantiated restrictions/giving instructions to investors on how, when, and how much to invest and/or withdraw, or similar.

  • After a PM Investment in a PM Strategy is made, all the existing Open Positions made by the PM Strategy Provider under that particular PM Strategy will automatically be followed and copied to the PM Investment subaccount together with any further new trading orders performed by the PM Strategy Provider under the specific PM Strategy.

  • The Company reserves the right at any time with or without notice to close and/or pause and/or suspend and/or stop copying any PM Strategy Provider’s account(s), and/or PM Strategy and/or Order either of the PM Investor or PM Strategy Provider.

  • The Portfolio Manager or PM Strategy Provider should choose between “Portfolio Copying product” and “Portfolio Management product” when creating a Fund and/or a PM Strategy.

Strategy Provider is a client who has registered for a Strategy Provider Account via the designated page on the Company’s website and has been assessed and approved as a Strategy Provider by the Company per the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A Client can elect to open either a Public or a Private Strategy Provider account.
