Structured Finance Obligations definition

Structured Finance Obligations has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.
Structured Finance Obligations means any obligation issued by a special purpose vehicle and secured directly by, referenced to, or representing ownership of, a pool of receivables or other financial assets of any Obligor, including collateralized debt obligations and mortgaged-backed securities. For the avoidance of doubt, if an obligation satisfies the definition ofStructured Finance Obligation”, such obligation shall (a) not qualify as any other category of Portfolio Investment and (b) not be included in the Borrowing Base.
Structured Finance Obligations means any obligation issued by a special purpose vehicle (or any similar obligor in the principal business of offering, originating or financing or warehousing pools of receivables or other financial assets) and secured directly by, referenced to, or representing ownership of or investment in, a pool of receivables or other financial assets of any obligor, including collateralized loan obligations, collateralized debt obligations and mortgage-backed securities, or any finance lease. For the avoidance of doubt, if an obligation satisfies this definition ofStructured Finance Obligation”, such obligation (a) shall not qualify as any other category of Portfolio Investment and (b) shall not be included in the Borrowing Base.
