Structured Product definition

Structured Product means tradable securities or other financial instruments offered by way of a securitisation within the meaning of Article 4(36) of Directive 2006/48/EC of the European Parliament and the Council26 or equivalent transactions involving the transfer of risks other than credit risk;
Structured Product means a financial instrument that has the characteristics of a base instrument (such as a note, warrant or other instrument) with economic exposure to one or more reference asset(s), index (indices), portfolio(s), or combination thereof, but is not an ETF or CEF.
