Student Conduct Review definition

Student Conduct Review. (Review) means a formal review with one or more Respondents and the Community Standards Board or Review Officer to resolve alleged violations of this Code.

Examples of Student Conduct Review in a sentence

  • Alleged violations not resolved through these options will be referred to a Student Conduct Review.

  • The University may be advised by an attorney at any time prior to, during, or after the Student Conduct Review Process.

  • The Representative must receive such requests at least three (3) business days prior to the part of the Student Conduct Review Process for which the person is requesting accommodations.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • School-Sponsored Activity means any activity sponsored, recognized or authorized by the Board and includes activities conducted on or off school property.

  • Independent testing laboratory means an independent organization, accepted by the Contracting Officer, engaged to perform specific inspections or tests of the work, either at the site or elsewhere, and report the results of these inspections or tests.

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a scientific study published only after having been critically

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.

  • Participating Clinical Laboratory means a Clinical Laboratory which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
