Examples of Studio Breakdown in a sentence

  • In the event of Studio Breakdown the Company shall at its option either replace (as soon as can reasonably be arranged) the Studio facilities to which the Client was entitled by the terms hereof and which have been lost as a result of such Studio Breakdown or credit or refund to the Client the Booking Fee in respect of the Booking and shall have no liability or obligation to the Client beyond these remedies.

  • Breakdown /“breaks down”/“broken down” means an event during the policy period, that stops the vehicle from being driven because of a mechanical or electrical failure including as a result of battery failure, running out of fuel, flat tyres, but not as a result of a mis-fuel, road traffic collision, fire, flood, theft, acts of vandalism, any driver induced fault, or any key related issue other than keys locked in your vehicle;
