Subadvisory Fee definition

Subadvisory Fee means a fee in an amount equal to 20% of the amount of fees paid to Advisor by the REIT pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, including but not limited to: Acquisition Fees, Asset Management Fees, Loan Refinancing Fees, Property Management Fees, and Subordinated Disposition Fees, each as defined in the Advisory Agreement.

  • NFA desires to share a portion of such financial savings resulting from the New Subadvisory Fee Rate with shareholders of the Fund.
