Subcontractor Representative definition

Subcontractor Representative means the person nominated by the Subcontractor in clause 18 of this Agreement to act as its principal liaison person for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • The Subcontractor must appoint a Subcontractor Representative to represent and act for the Subcontractor at all times during the term of the Subcontract and matters within the knowledge of the Subcontractor’s Representative are deemed to be within the knowledge of the Subcontractor.

  • The Subcontractor shall ensure that each Subcontractor Representative can access a copy of each signed SWMS applicable to the Work they are performing, has it available at all times (either soft or hard format) and complies with the requirements within each SWMS.

  • Should a Subcontractor Representative be involved in any criminal matter or be charged with any criminal offence after commencement, the Subcontractor should notify this, as a matter of urgency to Tandem.

  • Contractor Representative means any of the following:

If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Customer Service Representative (or "CSR") shall mean any person employed with or under contract or subcontract to a Cable Operator to assist, or provide service to, customers, whether by telephone, writing service or installation orders, answering customers' questions in person, receiving and processing payments, or performing any other customer service-related tasks.
