The foregoing is intended to and shall supersede and replace the events of bankruptcy described in Sections 18-304(a) and (b) of the Act.

  • Private partner means any entity that is a partner in a public-private partnership other than:

  • Relevant Member State means each Member State of the European Economic Area which has implemented the Prospectus Directive, except Luxembourg; and

  • Licensed health care provider means a physician, physician assistant, chiropractor, advanced registered nurse practitioner, nurse, physical therapist, or athletic trainer licensed by a board.

  • Uniformed service member means an active or reserve component member of the:

  • Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
