Subgroup B definition

Subgroup B. The Mortgage Loans with Net Rates greater than or equal to 5.50% and less than 6.00%.
Subgroup B. The pool of Mortgage Loans identified in the related Schedules of Mortgage Loans as having been assigned to Group II, Subgroup B, including any Group II Subsequent Mortgage Loans included in Subgroup B and, including any Group II Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loans delivered in replacement thereof.
Subgroup B. All Pool 1 Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate greater than 6.25% but less than 6.50%.

Examples of Subgroup B in a sentence

  • For each Distribution Date occurring prior to and including the Auction Date, interest will accrue on the Class A-3B Component at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the sum of One-Month LIBOR and 0.30% and (ii) the Subgroup B Cap.
