Subgroup I-1 definition

Subgroup I-1. All of the Group I Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate of less than or equal to 4.7500% per annum plus the Subgroup I-1 Fraction of the principal balance of any Group I Mortgage Loan with a Net Mortgage Rate of greater than 4.7500% per annum and less than 5.0000% per annum.
Subgroup I-1. The group of Mortgage Loans (or portions of Mortgage Loans) comprised of the Subgroup I-1 Loans.
Subgroup I-1. The subgroup of Mortgage Loans comprised of the Subgroup I-1 Loans. Subgroup I-1 Initial Senior Component Balance: $27,992,178.52.
