Subject Obligations definition

Subject Obligations means all principal of, premium or make-whole amount, if any, and interest on, the Notes and the Loan and all other obligations of the Company under or in respect of the Notes and the Loan and under the Note Purchase Agreement or the Loan Agreement.
Subject Obligations has the meaning specified in Section 10.28(1).
Subject Obligations is defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.
