Subject ultimate net loss as used herein shall mean: 1. The Company's ultimate net loss in excess of $550,000 arising out of any one loss occurrence, not to exceed $5,450,000 in any one loss occurrence; plus, 2. The Company's 5.0% co-participation under their per occurrence catastrophe coverage of $12,000,000 excess of $6,000,000 per loss occurrence. No loss occurrence shall be included in subject ultimate net loss unless said loss occurrence involves at least two risks.

  • Ultimate Net Loss as used in this Contract shall mean the sum or sums (including loss in excess of policy limits, extra contractual obligations and loss adjustment expense, as defined herein) paid or payable by the Company in settlement of claims and in satisfaction of judgments rendered on account of such claims, after deduction of all salvage, all recoveries and all claims on inuring insurance or reinsurance, whether collectible or not.
