No claim shall be made in any one Loss Occurrence unless at least two risks insured or reinsured by the Company are involved in such loss occurrence.
Should this Contract expire or terminate while a Loss Occurrence covered hereunder is in progress, the SBA shall be responsible for such Loss Occurrence in progress in the same manner and to the same extent it would have been responsible had the Contract expired the day following the conclusion of the Loss Occurrence in progress.
While a Company may submit a Proof of Loss Report requesting reimbursement at any time following a Loss Occurrence, all Companies shall submit a mandatory Proof of Loss Report for each Loss Occurrence no earlier than December 1 and no later than December 31 of the Contract Year during which the Covered Event(s) occurs using the most current data available, regardless of the amount of Ultimate Net Loss or the amount of loss reimbursements or advances already received.
This Proof of Loss Report shall be filed no earlier than December 1 and no later than December 31 of each year and shall continue until the earlier of the commutation process described in (3)(d) below or until all claims and losses resulting from the Loss Occurrence are fully discharged including any adjustments to such losses due to salvage or other recoveries.
If the Company has submitted a Proof of Loss Report(s) indicating that it does have losses resulting from a Loss Occurrence(s) during the Contract Year, the SBA may require the Company to submit within 30 days an updated, current Proof of Loss Report(s) for each Loss Occurrence during the Contract Year.
