Sublicense Royalty Payments definition

Sublicense Royalty Payments means payments received by BGM from Sublicensees as consideration for the grant of such sublicense that are based on net sales of Subject Products by such Sublicensee.
Sublicense Royalty Payments means royalty payments received by INDEVUS from sublicensees of rights granted by ATLANTIC to INDEVUS under Section 2.1 of this Agreement, as consideration for the grant of such sublicensee, based on net sales of Product by such sublicensee.

For the avoidance of doubt, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Sublicense means any agreement to Sublicense.
