Subordinate Net WAC. For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pool 1 Net WAC and the Pool 2 Net WAC, in each case weighted on the basis of the relative Pool Subordinate Amounts for Pool 1 and Pool 2, respectively, immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Subordinate Net WAC. For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pool 1 Net WAC, the Pool 2 Net WAC, Pool 3 Net WAC and Pool 4 Net WAC, in each case weighted on the basis of the related Pool Subordinate Amounts for Pool 1, Pool 2, Pool 3 and Pool 4, respectively, for such Distribution Date.   • For any Distribution Date on which the difference between (a) the Subordinate Net WAC Cap for such date, and (b) the weighted average of the rates on the Offered Certificates is less than 0.25%, an amount that would cause the balance held in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund to equal 0.50% of the Assumed Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such date, and, for any other Distribution Date, the amount that would cause the balance held in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund to equal $1,000.
