Subordinate Net WAC definition

Subordinate Net WAC. For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pool 1 Net WAC and the Pool 2 Net WAC, in each case weighted on the basis of the relative Pool Subordinate Amounts for Pool 1 and Pool 2, respectively, immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

Subordinate Net WAC. For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pool 1 Net WAC, the Pool 2 Net WAC, the Pool 3 Net WAC, the Pool 4 Net WAC and the Pool 5 Net WAC, in each case weighted on the basis of the relative Pool Subordinate Amounts for Pool 1, Pool 2, Pool 3, Pool 4 and Pool 5, respectively, for such Distribution Date. For federal income tax purposes, Subordinate Net WAC will equal the Calculation Rate following the allocation of Principal Amounts or Principal Relocation Payments for such Distribution Date as provided in the Preliminary Statement.

Subordinate Net WAC. For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Group 1 Net WAC and the Group 2 Net WAC for such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the Subordinate Component for Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2 for such Distribution Date.

Examples of Subordinate Net WAC in a sentence

In each case, Principal Relocation Payments will be made so as to cause the Calculation Rate in respect of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests to equal the Subordinate Net WAC.

Subordinate Net WAC. With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Group 1A1 Net WAC, Group 1A2 Net WAC, Group 2 Net WAC and the Group 3 Net WAC for such Distribution Date, and weighted on the basis of the Subordinate Components for Loan Group 1A1, Loan Group 1A2, Loan Group 2 and Loan Group 3, respectively, for such Distribution Date. For purposes of the REMIC Provisions, for any Distribution Date, the Subordinate Adjusted Net WAC shall also equal the product of (i) 2 multiplied by (ii) the weighted average of the interest rates on the MT-ZB and MT-YB Interests weighted on the basis of their principal balances after taking into account distributions on such Distribution Date and computed for this purpose by subjecting the interest rate on the MT-YB Interest to a cap of 0.00%.
