Subordinated Indebtedness of the Company definition

Subordinated Indebtedness of the Company means any Indebtedness of the Company (whether outstanding on the Issue Date or thereafter incurred) which is contractually subordinate or junior in right of payment of principal, premium and interest to the Securities.
Subordinated Indebtedness of the Company means any Indebtedness of the Company incurred after the date of this Allonge.
Subordinated Indebtedness of the Company means indebtedness marked on the books of the Company as subordinated and junior in right of payment to the Obligations Secured Hereby (as defined in Section 1.1 hereof) to the extent and in the manner set forth below:

More Definitions of Subordinated Indebtedness of the Company

Subordinated Indebtedness of the Company means any Indebtedness of the Company (whether outstanding on the date hereof or hereafter incurred) which is contractually subordinate or junior in right of payment to the Notes.

  • Subordinated Indebtedness Documents means any document, agreement or instrument evidencing any Subordinated Indebtedness or entered into in connection with any Subordinated Indebtedness.

  • First Lien Indebtedness means all Obligations (as that term is defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement) of Company and its Subsidiaries under the First Lien Credit Agreement.

The incurrence of Permitted Subordinated Debt shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty by Magellan that all conditions thereto have been satisfied in all material respects and that the incurrence of such Permitted Subordinated Debt is permitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, which representation and warranty shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty for all purposes hereunder, including, without limitation, Sections 7 and 10.
