Subscriber Software definition

Subscriber Software means any software owned or licensed by you or any Client which interfaces in any way with CCH OneClick;
Subscriber Software means the Service software resident or installed on the Subscriber's or its End Users' personal computer(s) or at the Subscriber's location.
Subscriber Software means software, if any, developed by or on behalf of Subscriber by a third party and incorporated or integrated into the Licensed Program in accordance with NetGenics' Subscriber Software development guidelines described in Section 7.3 and set forth as part of the Documentation as needed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no software produced by Subscriber shall be considered Subscriber Software, if such software functions independently of the Product.

  • Proposers shall include in their offering Subscriber Software Update Program in accordance with the General Requirements noted in Item 2.

  • Subscriber agrees to use the Subscriber Software, Subscriber Survey URL, the Online Portal, and the Aggregated Indices for no other purpose than the provision of the Services to the Subscriber.

  • Subscriber Software may be installed, stored, and operated only on websites identified in a Statement of Work or otherwise approved in writing by ForeSee.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
