Subsequent Completion definition

Subsequent Completion has the meaning given in clause 4.2;
Subsequent Completion has the meaning set out in clause 5.1, which, for the avoidance of doubt, may occur on the same date as the Initial Completion.

Related to Subsequent Completion

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
