Subsequent Completion definition

Subsequent Completion has the meaning given in clause 4.2;
Subsequent Completion means, in relation to those Shares in the Jurisdictions specified in Part B of Part 1 of Schedule 6 the sale and purchase of which is not completed on or with effect from the Completion Date, the completion of the sale and purchase of such Shares pursuant to Clause 6.1 and Schedule 6 (to the extent applicable); SUBSEQUENT COMPLETION DATE means the date on which any Subsequent Completion takes place;
Subsequent Completion the completion of the sale and purchase of (i) 8,075 B Ordinary Shares, the subject of exercise of the Options; and (ii) the Warrants, and the Partiescompliance with their obligations pursuant to Clause 6.6;

Examples of Subsequent Completion in a sentence

  • The Company shall issue the remaining New Shares listed in the table in clause 3.1 to each remaining Investor credited as fully paid and enter its name in the register of members in respect of such New Shares and execute and deliver to such Investor a certificate in respect of such New Shares upon receipt by the Company of the relevant subscription monies paid by such Investor in accordance with clause 4.1 (each, a "Subsequent Completion").

  • Such procedure shall be repeated until the date that Substantial Completion of the Facility has been achieved (the “Substantial Completion Date”) or either party refers such matter to dispute resolution pursuant to ARTICLE 12; Owner shall respond to any such subsequent Certificate of Subsequent Completion within five (5) Days following the receipt thereof.
