Subsequent Issue Date definition

Subsequent Issue Date means each date when Subsequent Tranches of the EW CDs Due 2022 are issued by the Bank to CD Holders, as the Bank may determine, which shall be such number of Business Days following the end of a relevant Offer Period as may be determined by the Bank, or such other date as the Bank and the Arranger may agree in writing; Provided that the Subsequent Issue Dates shall comply with the BSP Approval dated 18 January 2017;
Subsequent Issue Date means any Issue Date other than the Original Issue Date.
Subsequent Issue Date means, in respect of each Further Tranche, the date specified as such in the relevant Further Notes Data Table.

Subsequent Issue Date means, with respect to any shares of --------------------- Series C Preferred Stock issued after the Original Issue Date, the date on which such shares of Series C Preferred Stock were issued.
