Predecessor Note of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of or in exchange for a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note that it replaces.
Predecessor Notes With respect to any particular Note, every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purpose of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 2.07 of the Indenture in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Note.
Predecessor Security of any particular Security means every previous Security evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 2.07 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Security.
Successor Security of any particular Security means every Security issued after, and evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by, such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 3.7 in exchange for or in lieu of a mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Security.
Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Class C Note means any one of the Series 2015-1 3.96% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class C, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C‑1, Exhibit C‑2 or Exhibit C‑3. Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.
B Note means, with respect to any A/B Mortgage Loan, the related subordinated Mortgage Note not included in the Trust, which is subordinated in right of payment to the related A Note to the extent set forth in the related Intercreditor Agreement.
Predecessor Securities of any particular Security means every previous Security evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 3.06 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Security.
Predecessor Debenture means every previous Debenture evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Debenture; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Debenture authenticated and delivered under Section 2.9 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture.
Successor Notice is defined in Section 8.1(b).
Predecessor Certificate means a Predecessor Corporate Units Certificate or a Predecessor Treasury Units Certificate.
Note A-7 Holder means the Initial Note A-7 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-7, as applicable.
Note A-6 Holder means the Initial Note A-6 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-6, as applicable.
Equipment Note Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 of the Indenture.
Coupon Note means a Note on which no interest is payable.
Note A-4 Holder means the Initial Note A-4 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-4, as applicable.
Registered Note means a Note in registered form;
Note A-3 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-3 Securitization.
Note A-3 Holder means the Initial Note A-3 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-3, as applicable.
Note A-5 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-5 Securitization.
Owned Note shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 32.
Existing Note means a Note (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) that is issued and outstanding immediately prior to the effectiveness of this Agreement.
Note A-6 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-6 Securitization.
Note A-8 Holder means the Initial Note A-8 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-8, as applicable.
Class A-4 Note means any of the [____]% Asset Backed Notes, Class [A-4], issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A.
Note A-2 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-2 Securitization.
