Subsequent Resettable Note Reset Date definition

Subsequent Resettable Note Reset Date means the date specified as such in the relevant Final Terms; and
Subsequent Resettable Note Reset Date means the date or dates specified as such hereon;
Subsequent Resettable Note Reset Date means the date or dates specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

Related to Subsequent Resettable Note Reset Date

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period, the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2020.

  • Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in November 2022.

  • Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2028.

  • Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in December 2024.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).
