Subsequent System definition

Subsequent System means a DG Renewable Energy Facility that is identified pursuant to an award based on a Forecast REC Quantity and as to which an IPA System Confirmation Notice has been issued as contemplated by Section 2.10(b)(ii). The following definition ofType of Product” is added to the Agreement as Section 1.68.1:
