Competent Authority and ‘Appellate Authority’ shall mean the following:
competent authorities means the competent authorities of the Member States as identified on the websites listed in Annex II;
Planning Authority means the responsible entity that coordinates and integrates transmission facility and service plans, resource plans, and protection systems.
Government Authority means any relevant administrative, judicial, executive, legislative or other governmental or intergovernmental entity, department, agency, commission, board, bureau or court, and any other regulatory or self-regulatory organizations, in any country or jurisdiction.
Qualified airport authority means an airport authority
Management Authority means a national management authority designated in accordance with Article IX;
Medical control means a person who provides medical supervision to an emergency medical service provider.
Mental health facility means a mental health facility as defined by the Inpatient Mental Health Treatment of Children Act;
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
