Substantial Adverse Effect definition

Substantial Adverse Effect means more than just a minor impact on someone's life or how they can do certain things. This may fluctuate or change and may not happen all the time.
Substantial Adverse Effect means an effect that is adverse and not insubstantial, insignificant or trivial.
Substantial Adverse Effect means any circumstance, change in, or effect on the Business or the Company that, individually or in the aggregate with any other circumstances, changes in or effects on the Business or the Company is, or could reasonably be expected to be, adverse to the business, operations, assets and liabilities, results of operations or financial condition of the Company in an amount of $2,000,000 or more.

More Definitions of Substantial Adverse Effect

Substantial Adverse Effect means a condition, event or effect involving a loss or expense of $30,000 or more affecting the Real Property in any project or an aggregate loss or expense of $150,000 or more affecting all Real Property in all projects.

Substantial Adverse Effect means any substantial adverse effect on: (i) the business, assets, Mining Rights, operations, property, finance situation (or any other kind of situation), perspectives or results of the operations of the Debtor; (ii) the capacity of the Debtor to fulfill any of his respective obligations pursuant to this Agreement; and/or (iii) the legality, validity, enforceability, binding effect, challenging effect, execution or enforcement of this Agreement. For the purposes of this definition, the enactment by the government of the Province of Santa Xxxx of the Act 3318/13 published at the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Xxxx dated on July 5th, 2013, shall not be considered as a Substantial Adverse Effect ,as long as this Act and the eventual regulations enacted to clarify and/or specify its content or scope do not generate a Substantial Adverse Effect on the preceding items (i), (ii) y (iii).
