Substantial or essential component means any component necessary for the proper function or performance of a piece of equipment, system, or service.
Significant change means a major decline or improvement in the tenant’s status which does not normally resolve itself without further interventions by staff or by implementing standard disease-related clinical interventions that have an impact on the tenant’s mental, physical, or functional health status.
Substantial Block means a number of shares of the Voting Stock which has 15% or more of the aggregate voting power of all outstanding shares of Voting Stock.
Physical or mental impairment means (a) any physiological disorder or condition, cosmetic disfigurement, or anatomical loss affecting one or more of the following body systems: neurological; musculoskeletal; special sense organs; respiratory, including speech organs; cardiovascular; reproductive, digestive, genito-urinary; hemic and lymphatic; skin; and endocrine; or (b) any mental or psychological disorder, such as mental retardation, organic brain syndrome, emotional or mental illness, and specific learning disabilities.
Substantial change means a change to the terms of this Agreement that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities.
