Substitute Administrator Facilitator Fee Letter means a fee letter dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Issuer and the Substitute Administrator Facilitator.
(1) ADMINISTRATOR.—The term Administrator’ means the Administrator of the Environmental Pro- tection Agency.
XXXXX Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).
SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).
Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).
Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
