Substituted Properties definition

Substituted Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.
Substituted Properties shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 13.2.

  • The collective reference to the Land, the Improvements and the Tangible Personalty for each of the eight (8) Individual Properties more particularly described in the Security Instruments and any Substituted Properties, less any Individual Properties released from the Lien of the Security Instruments.
